This is a family favorite that I got from my foods class.
- 2 cups chopped nuts (any kind, i reccomend walnuts)
- 1 lb cranberries
- 1 small apple
- 1 small orange
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 3⁄4-2 cups sugar, to taste
- Chop nuts in food processor.
- Add cranberries, apple with skin, orange with peel, lemon juice, and sugar.
- Chop until the consistency of relish.
- Refrigerate 24 hours or freeze.
