I am like Chef Michael Simon, can't get enough pork. I am always looking for new ways to fix the same cuts. This is very good and very rich. I use frozen berries when I can't get fresh ones.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 -4 lbs pork roast
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup ground cranberries
  • 14 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg


  1. Brown roast on all sides.
  2. Put into crockpot.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine the rest of the ingredients, pour over roast.
  5. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
  6. Serve sliced with drippings poured over.
