A very impressive, juicy, glazed pork, very easy to make!

  1. In non-stick skillet, cook pork slices in oil for 3 minutes each side.
  2. Remove from skillet.
  3. In same skillet, saute onion, garlic and sugar until onions are caramelized.
  4. Stir in apple juice, cranberry juice, cranberries, mustard and rosemary.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 6 minutes.
  7. Return pork to skillet.
  8. Heat through.
