Awesome. The first Recipe I tried on RecipeZaar and its great. Although it might be a little advanced in taste for litle ones with the cranberries and orange zest, but the adults loved it. I'll definitely try this one again.

Wonderful pork chops! Fresh cranberries are not available now so I used orange flavored dried cranberries and did not add the orange zest. Also used apple juice instead of cider. A definite keeper!

Very nice recipe. I used dried cranberries and lemon zest cause I had no oranges and it came out fine. Will cook again, as it is easy and fast to make.

Excellant pork chops, I used boneless porkchops and cut them more or less to bite sized pieces. The flavours were great, love the mix of cranberries, orange and apple cider. It didn't make a lot of sauce but it could be because I cut the recipe back for 2 servings, next time I will use the listed amounts for the sauce, which was quite delicious. I used splenda brown sugar mix and chicke broth instead of stock. Served it over mashed potatoes and with steamed broccoli, very nice dinner. Thanks for posting I will be making it again.

      The stock flavor was overpowering.

This was very tasty. I used canned whole berry cranberry sauce and omitted the brown sugar. I used real cider but broth instead of stock. Very good with rice and broccoli. Easy too.

Very good! The only change I had to make was I used orange juice concentrate (equal amount as zest) as I did not have zest in any way, shape or form. My family enjoyed these with mashed potatoes, steamed green beans and biscuits. I will make again.
