What a treat this is! I absolutely love it. I've always wanted to make this recipe, but somehow never got around to it. I received this from chef #946146, my partner in the 2008 Holiday Cookie Swap.

I love this recipe and have made it for the last couple of years...the only thing I change is cranberries to dried cherries (personal preference. A keeper for every Christmas!! Thanks

Made this treat for Christmas. It was good but not everyone liked the combination. I couldn't find unsalted pistachios but the saltiness added a nice contrast with the chocolate and the tart cranberries. Thanks for posting this!

This recipe had jumped at me from another source, and I had added it to my "to try before posting" list. Riffraff beat me to the punch, though. :) This holiday, my non-baking self had to try it for holiday treat trays. It was fabulous. I couldn't locate unsalted pistachios and used roasted instead. I liked the contrast of flavors of the creamy white chocolate, the sharp bite of the cranberries, and the saltiness of the nuts. Good quality white chocolate is a must to create this treat at its best, though. Thanks for posting.

This is excellent. It's beautiful to look at and tastes great, too.
