  1. cream butter and cream cheese.add flour gradually.mix until you have a soft dough.
  2. line miniature muffin cups with balls of dough and shape to fit tins.
  3. combine filling ingredients and spoon carefully into each tin.
  4. bake at 325* for 30-35 minutes or till filling is set.
  5. cool in pans.
  6. remove carefully from pans and cool on wire rack compeltely --
  7. store in refrigerator in airtight containers.
