Cranberry Orange Relish (Freezer)

Ingredients:

Yield: 3.75 cups

• 2 medium oranges
• 4 cups fresh cranberries (1 lb)
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

Directions:

1. Finely shred 1 tablespoon orange peel. Peel and section oranges.
2. Using a food processor or a food grinder with a course blade, process or grind the orange sections and the cranberries. (If using a food processor, process half at a time.).
3. Stir in sugar, walnuts, and orange peel. Cover and store in the
4. refrigerator up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 6 months.
5. Serve with ham or poultry.
