  1. Unquestionably the best cranberry orange relish I've ever eaten. We usually buy our relish, but it gets harder and harder to find the cranberry orange. This year we couldn't get it so we decided to make our own. I'm so glad we couldn't find any and so thankful for this recipe. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Equal or Splenda may be used instead of sugar--Always a winner

  3. Mmm. I look forward to this every year but I buy organic cranberries now so I didn't have the recipe on the back of the bag. This year I added an apple and only 2/3 cup sugar and it is still yummy.

  4. Ditto for me--I went to look at the bag for the recipe, and it was gone! Thanks for keeping it alive. :) I too only used 3/4 cup sugar for a bag of cranberries, though a bag is only 3 cups of berries anyway.

  5. I forgot to review this after the Holidays. I made this for Christmas 2007, it is really good. I had some left over and used it today in making Recipe #277962. I think I have enough left to make a half recipe of Recipe #147630. Ed, thank you for posting your 3 relish recipes. I've made two of them now and will make the 3rd this coming Thanksgiving. Great recipes!
