  1. In mixing bowl,stir together the flours, baking soda, salt and sugar.
  2. Set it aside.
  3. In another mixing bowl,beat egg and add orange juice and melted butter.
  4. Add OJ mixture to dry ingredients, stirring until its moist.
  5. Put in the cranberries, and walnuts.
  6. Pour into greased and floured 9x5x2 inch pan.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 deg.
  8. Remove from pan and place on cooling rack.
