I absolutely must make again. I used fresh oranges to get the juice. I pitifully gave up on acheiving grated peel, and opted to add the pulp. Very delicious, very moist.. Only thing i'd tweak next time is sweetness. It was a tiny bit too much for me (but i'm not a big sweet tooth). Thank you for sharing!

I made this for my mom and left out the nuts. She loved it, I thought it could have used a little more orange flavor, dad said don't change a thing. I'll make it again in a heartbeat.

Made this yesterday and it was soooo good. I love the addition of orange rind! Now on the top of my list. Thanks for sharing Liz. Happy holidays.

This was delicious. Unfortunately it stuck to the tin and broke, but it made a glorious trifle. I recommend lining the tin.
