Spread on toast, biscuits, croissants..this is a colorful addition to your holiday table...I find myself making this year round...wonderful on fruit bread
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 12 3⁄4 ounces orange marmalade
- 16 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
- blend together butter, cream cheese, and marmalade until creamy.
- stir in cranberry sauce until well blended.
- store in refrigerator --
- makes 4-5 cups.
