This quick bread is on my table every thanksgiving and christmas
- 650.62 ml sugar
- 709.77 ml flour
- 354.88 ml milk
- 295.73 ml vegetable oil
- 7.39 ml salt
- 7.39 ml baking powder
- 7.39 ml vanilla
- 7.39 ml chopped almonds
- 3 eggs
- 236.59 ml chopped cranberries
- 1 orange, zest of
- Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- beat with an electric mixer for two minutes.
- pour into two greased loaf pans.
- bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until golden brown and tops are split.
