I like it all ~ the ease in putting the finished mix together, the looks of it, AND the taste of it! It will definitely be one of the first things I make at the beginning of the winter holidays the end of this year, & it'll be on my shelf in the immediate future, as well! IT'S GREAT! Many thanks!

I found out when shopping for this recipe that pine nuts are pricey little guys! :) But I will search for a better deal on them because this is a nice snack mix, and is a good combination of flavours and textures. I like that it makes a good amount so it will last a while before you have to put together more. I made exactly as stated. I think next time I will increase slightly the ratio of raisins for natural sweetness and try unsweetened cranberries instead of the sweetened craisins. Maybe 1.5 cups sunflower seeds, 1.5 cups raisins, and the same amount of unsweetened cranberries for the craisins. But I wouldn't add or take away anything, I think the mixture is great. :) Thanks for the great snack, it will be a regular!
