      Shampoo your hair as usual and lightly condition it.

      Pour cranberry juice over your hair.

      Work into hair from scalp to ends.

      Quickly rinse with cool water.

      Never use too hot water over your hair.

      Always remember, like your skin can't bear anything too hot{eg: hot water}, likewise the hair too cant bear hot water as it leaves the root of the hair follicle open.

      Dont be rough with your hair ever.

      I don't think I really noticed a big difference! My hair is a light/medium it might be just for the really dark brown hair. I might have to try it a couple of times to see if there is a change.

      ive used vinegar but ive never thought of cranbery juice thanks for posting all the hair stuff its like going to a spa lol dee
