Delicious Jello mold that's great for the holidays!
- 1 lb fresh cranberries
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 (3 ounce) boxes Jello gelatin (I like wild cherry or raspberry)
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup crushed pineapple in syrup, drained
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- Put the water and cranberries in a medium pot and bring to a boil until the cranberries pop. Then add the sugar, jello and mix with all the rest. Chill until set.
