Great gift and a great cookie! We just love the flavor and the texture of these. We got the jar as a gift and now use this recipe to make on of our favorite cookies.

I gave these out a few years ago, and everyone loved them. Walmart has their own trail mix that has the cranberries and nuts and white chocolate.

I made 12 jars of these cookies for Christmas gifts last year. They were absolutely delicious and a big hit.

Strange name, but these cookies are so fabulous. I have gotten more complements on them than just about any other cookies I bake. Note of Caution...when changing the recipe yield, you must also change the butter, egg and vanilla yourself. That part of the ingredients and directions are in the text of the recipe and does not change. Excellent cookies!

Great recipe. I didn't make these in the jar, althought I am quite sure it makes a really pretty presentation. I needed a recipe to use up some mixed dried fruit, so I chose this one. Since it is just the 2 of us, it was very appealing because it makes a small quantity of really good cookies. The only sub I made was to use mixed dried fruit instead of just dried cranberries. The sub worked wonderfully.
