Flavored butters are the best ! My family has this on hand around the holidays, but it can be made anytime. Great on yeasty rolls or crackers. We make it with the jellied cranberry for a smoother consistency.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat butter and honey until fluffy.
- Add cranberry sauce and beat on low until blended.
- Store in refrigerator.
