- 1 lb fresh cranberries, chopped
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks
- 1⁄2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1⁄2 pint cream, whipped
- Combine chopped cranberries with sugar, stirring well.
- Place mixture in colander and allow to drain overnight. Combine cranberry mixture with pineapple chunks and nuts.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Chill thoroughly before serving.
