A delightful salad/dessert for the Thanksgiving holiday table. Very easy to make. Prep time includes a 5 to 7 hour freeze time.
- 453.59 g canwholeberry cranberry sauce
- 226.79 g carton sour cream
- 236.59 ml whole pecans
- 439.41 g can crushed pineapple, well-drained
- In an 8-inch square pan or ring mold, combine all of the ingredients.
- Mix well and smooth out.
- Freeze for 5 to 7 hours. Unmold before serving.
