A delightful salad/dessert for the Thanksgiving holiday table. Very easy to make. Prep time includes a 5 to 7 hour freeze time.
- 1 (16 ounce) canwholeberry cranberry sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1 cup whole pecans
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well-drained
- In an 8-inch square pan or ring mold, combine all of the ingredients.
- Mix well and smooth out.
- Freeze for 5 to 7 hours. Unmold before serving.
