- 1 head cabbage, cut into pieces
- 236.59 ml gorgonzola or 236.59 ml blue cheese, crumbled
- 236.59 ml dried cranberries
- 118.29 ml cashews, chopped
- coleslaw dressing (I use Litehouse)
directions
- Chop cabbage into bite size pieces. It is better NOT shredded. Use enough dressing to moisten. Let sit for 1 hour in refrigerator prior to serving.
