Cranberry Chutney

"I copied this down from a magazine at a friend's house, so I have no clue where it actually originated. It was a big hit with my family at Thanksgiving, even though they're not usually very adventurous eaters."

  • Add brown sugar to 1 cup water and boil until dissolved.
  • Add rest of ingredients and simmer until cranberry skins split.
  • Cool until thickened.
