Cranberry Chocolate Clusters

This would make a nice addition to a holiday tray.


  1. In a microwave or saucepan, melt the chocolate chips; stir in cranberries and cashews.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a waxed-paper lined baking sheet.
  3. Let stand until set.

Very good and very easy. I didn't make clusters; I put mine on foil sprayed with Pam and then topped it with another sheet of foil sprayed with pan. I then used my rolling pin to roll it out thin w/o having to touch the chocolate. The foil pealed off easily. This made one huge sheet of candy that I broke into shards.

I've been making tis recipe a few years now. I got it from my mother in law. Everybody loves it. Even people that swear the don't like cranberries.
