"Came from a friend...It's sort of sweet but not quite. Goes back to "cooking meat with fruit" idea. Great taste , inexpensive and quick."

  1. I made some adjustments (lack of ingredients). I used~ 1 can jellied cranberry sauce 1-tablespoon chopped onions 1-teaspoon crushed pepper flakes 1 cup honey french dressing Served Cranberry Chicken with Vegetable Harvest Rice and Italian cut Green Beans. My Family loved it.

  2. This was good and resulted in very moist, tender baked chicken. It did not really taste like cranberries at all, which I was disappointed by, since I love them. I think I will try it again with 1/2 the onion soup mix, and some cranberry juice rather than salad dressing. Maybe I will get that cranberry taste I was looking for.

  3. This turned out So Good! Very easy to make and tastes great! The chicken was so tender. Great served with rice and green beans. Thanks! I'll be making it again!

  4. This was easy to make and hubby loved it. Very unusual combination. I thought it was ok but not my favorite. I'll make it again for him though:)

  5. My friend made this for me last night so I searched for the recipe on the net. This sounds a lot like the one that she made but she did it a little differently. She said you could use Catalina or French dressing. My son loves Catalina so she used that one. She also put in a splash of white zinfandel to the sauce. It was so yummy! All three of my kids loved it and that is a hard thing to do. I can usually only please two out of three of them! It was such a pretty dish, she served it with mashed potatoes and the sauce was so good on the potatoes. I would serve this for company any time.
