- 709.77 ml cranberries
- 473.18 ml pitted frozen cherries, thawed
- 177.44 ml sugar
- 59.14 ml dried cranberries, chopped
- 59.14 ml dried cherries, chopped
- 14.79 ml flour
- 7.39 ml cornstarch
- cooking spray
- 59.14 ml slivered almonds
- 59.14 ml oats
- 59.14 ml whole wheat flour
- 59.14 ml brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1.23 ml salt
- 0.61 ml nutmeg
- 0.61 ml cinnamon
- 0.61 ml almond extract
- 29.58 ml butter, cut into pieces
directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently to coat fruit.
- Spoon cranberry mixture into an 8" pan coated with cooking spray.
- Combine almonds and next 7 ingredients (Through extract).
- Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over cranberry mixture.
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden.
