It's cheap and a great way to use up broccoli stems! Oh and YUMMY!
- 4 cups fresh broccoli, chopped (I use the stems)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3⁄4 cup sliced red onion
- 1⁄3 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup whole milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Combine broccoli, cranberries, onion and bacon. Combine mayonnaise, milk and sugar. Combine both and refrigerate.
