Cranberry Brisket

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 (or use your crockpot for 8 hours on low).
  • Open the cans of cranberry and put in bowl. Stir in the soup mix then pour over the Brisket in roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours or as long as it takes to make the brisket fork tender.
