I love making this especially in the summer to serve at lunch time or with supper when I don't want a heavy side dish. I also serve this over pancakes.
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until apples are tender.
- Serve warm over pancakes.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
