These little muffins are very, very good. They were moist, and the texture was very pleasing. I used Granny Smith apples and dried cranberries. A nice combination of fruit for a perfect tart/sweet muffin. This recipe is definately a keeper. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Very good and an easy muffin to make. Not too sweet. Thanks!
I was looking for a recipe to use up my cranberries so I made this. These are more like biscuits than muffins, but they are good. I got 15 muffins out of the recipe. I also used granny smith apples because that is what I had on hand.
I didn't have cranberries so I made Currant Apple Muffins and I'm quite pleased with the outcome. I used Splenda for the added sugar and skipped any sugar topping. Loved using the cider for the added flavor. My apple was a Cameo. They were beautifully baked in 20 mins. Yummm!
These muffins were very good. I used dried cranberries, granny smith apples and splenda. Made for ZWT III. I will be making these again.
Very good muffins! I used fresh cranberries. Not to sweet I like the sugared tops. Buttermilk and apple cider are a good combination. Mine baked up nicely at 20 minutes. I would like to try these again with dried cranberries. Thanks Kim for a great breakfast treat!
mmmmm, quite yummy! I also used dried cranberries and Granny Smith apples and they turned out moist, slightly sweet, and very very good.
These were the perfect compromise for my picky little ones. Not too sweet for me, and not too dry for them. Made them the day before Thanksgiving, as a dessert for the big day--they never made it to the table! Thank you!
