Cranberries in Port Wine Sauce

  • Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes till cranberries "pop.".
  • Serve Warm over turkey or pork (if you can stop yourself from eating it all up with a spoon right from the pan)!
