I love this recipe, it's easy and can be made the night before for potlucks, just add the oranges once you get there so the spinach doesn't get soggy.
- 1 cup sesame ginger salad dressing
- 8 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 1⁄2 cups dried sweetened cranberries
- 1 cup sliced honey-roasted almond
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
