Four ingredients and three steps, you can't beat this tasty side dish. I love the tartness this salad offers. (This comes from Quick Cooking May/June 1999) Cook time is chill time.
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 medium unpeeled tart apple, diced
- 1 celery rib, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped
- In a bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, apple and celery.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Stir in walnuts just before serving.
