      quickly knead pastry dough

      divide dough in 5 parts

      bake 4 or 5 thin round layers in a baking pan in turns

      the layers should not be browned to much

      but should be slightly golden

      im guessin 375 for 10 minutes

      spread filling thinly betweeen layers

      best made 4 days in advance , so it matures and becomes crubly as hapiness.
