Simple mustard--great for gifts and goes well on just about anything you would eat mustard on.
- 2 1⁄2 cups Dijon mustard
- 1 (9 1/2 ounce) jarextra-grainy Dijon mustard
- 3⁄4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried tarragon leaves (optional)
- Combine Dijon mustard, extra-grainy Dijon mustard, honey, pepper and tarragon, if desired, in medium bowl. Blend with wire whisk.
- Spoon into 4 labeled 1-1/4-cup containers. Store refrigerated up to 4 weeks.
