other than adding a bit of tarragon and cayenne , this is so perfect! definitely for crab lovers. i used jumbo lump crab and really enjoyed this dish. i served it over roasted asparagus, but it would be nice over rice as well.i also gave this recipe to 2 coworkers who are on the atkins diet and they raved about it. thanks bev

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb backfin crab meat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 cup light cream
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients lightly and bake in a 1 1/2 quart casserole for 40 minutes at 350.
