We really enjoyed this recipe for orange roughy tonight. The dish looks attractive and tastes delicious. We loved the spicy flavors. DH had to substitute chives for the green onion as that is what I had on hand. We also used real egg. We would definitely make this dish again. Thanks!
At my husband's company christmas party every year, they serve this dish. it is SO good and since this is the only recipe for it on recipezaar, i used this to try to make it. PERFECT! this was sooooo good i was mad that i only made enough for each of us to only have 1. Flavorful, moist, delicious! Thanks for sharing your recipe!
Although I am not a seafood fan, I made this because my boyfriend is. I thought it was pretty good, but he absolutely loved it and gave it 5 stars! It was pretty easy to make also.
This is an amazing dish that doesn't take that long to prepare but really dresses up Orange Roughy and was a great way to use some crab that I had gotten at Sam's. My son didn't like it. He is not a fan of green peppers no matter how finely chopped but DH and I loved it. I had some rather small fillets of Orange Roughy and added in a single fillet of talapia and this seemed to work out well. I may cut back on the Old Bay just slightly to reduce the saltiness maybe to 1 1/2 tsp.
amazingly rich flavor! i served over brown rice and it disappeared....even my picky 6 year old ate it!
Superb flavors. Blends with fish well. Great for a semi-quick dinner. There is a little confusion with the recipe: there are 2 kinds of onions in the recipe. The author should say in step NO. 11, "Lightly saute the green onion".. I figured it out almost too late. Make this it's terrific.
