  • Wash and dry mushrooms.
  • Remove and chop stems.
  • Melt butter in small skillet; add onion, mushroom stems, salt and pepper and cook until tender.
  • Spoon into mushroom caps.
  • Combine remaining ingredients.
  • Top each mushroom with the crab mixture.
  • Bake in a 375° oven about 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
  • Yield 36 appetizers.
