  1. Wash and dry mushrooms.
  2. Remove and chop stems.
  3. Melt butter in small skillet; add onion, mushroom stems, salt and pepper and cook until tender.
  4. Spoon into mushroom caps.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients.
  6. Top each mushroom with the crab mixture.
  7. Bake in a 375° oven about 15 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. Yield 36 appetizers.
