Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

"I made these as an appetizer for Thanksgiving. It's just a more simple variation of the other recipes on the site. Everyone really enjoyed them!"

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Combine mushroom stems, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, mozzarella cheese and crab into a food processor. Mix well, until no large chunks of crab are left.
  • Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. About 1 tbsp each, depending on the size of your mushrooms.
  • Top each with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  • Place on a cookie sheet and bake for roughly 15 minutes.
  • Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
  • Enjoy!

  1. Delish recipe. I used canned crab, however, I cut back the mozza & cream cheese abit. I added a splash of worcestershire for more flavour. We enjoyed the mushrooms, thanks for sharing the recipe.
