I made this, loved that it was savory. The only thing I substituted celery seeds for celery since I didn't have any and I didn't use tomatoes in my recipe, I didn't have any either. But the recipe worked just the same.

I made this tonight and was not impressed, my husband said "it's edible ", which isn't saying much, because will pretty much eat anything. It really didn't have much flavor and I would never make this again.

made this today, only thing different was instead of rolling up stuffing each filet, i layered a 9x12 pan with the fish (after spraying with butter spray) and then stuffing and then again another layer of fish...much easier then rolling etc.. thanks!!

Wonderful. I had flounder with stuffed crab meat last weekend at an exclusinve restaurant and I found this recipe to try. This is as good or better than it was. Will definately fix it again :)

Thanks for the delicious recipe Jellyko!! I made it tonight and everyone loved it! I used scrod and it turned out beautifully! My Mom is already requesting it for her next birthday meal. (she will be 89!)

My husband& I love this recipe. We used Talapia and immitation crab as well. The talapia we had were small, so we put the stuffing in between two. Then the rest of the stuffing went on top. It was just the two of us, so I mesured my own ingredients. This is the best fish dish, we have had in a long time. Thank you! Very delicous and I will make it again.

jellyko, GREAT recipe! I used Tilapia along with imitation crab meat, and after these changes I followed the recipe as written. Due to financial constraints, the imitation crab meat had to be used and I don't think it changed the taste that much. It made the stuffing taste a little sweet, but was still delicious. Next time, and there will be a next time, definately will be using the real crab meat! Thanks again jellyko for a great fish recipe and hope you enjoy the pic.
