These eggs look nice, taste nice. Quick to make and they usually disappear quick too.

  1. Chop up the crab meat.
  2. Peel and half the eggs, remove the yolks, mix the yolks with the sour cream, tomato paste, and tabasco.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste, then fold in the crab meat.
  4. Stuff the eggs with this mixture, garnish with the shrimp and some dill.

These eggs are a delightful surprise and a change from the traditional deviled ones. I took some to a picnic and got happy comments from almost everyone. Since I had some cocktail sauce already opened, I used it instead of the tomato paste and it worked well with the surimi.
