A nice change from deviled eggs.
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) can crabmeat, flaked
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green peppers
- 1 tablespoon thousand island dressing
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and mash.
- Combine yolks, crabmeat, celery, green pepper, salad dressing and sour cream, blending well.
- Spoon into egg whites; chill until serving time.
