I found this recipe while looking for new appetizers to try. I have not made this yet.

  1. Seed and chop the tomato; chop the green onion.
  2. Combine all ingredients except green peppers in a bowl, stir well.
  3. Refrigerate for several hours.
  4. Cut peppers into 1 1/2 inch wide strips, then cut strips in half cross-wise.
  5. Spoon crab filling on to the pepper pieces, garnish if desired.
  6. A mixture of green and red bell peppers can be used for a festive holiday touch.
  7. Crab spread can also be served with toasted baguette slices.
