Well, after some extra work I did manage to get them on a popsicle stick. I did end up with 24. Now the flavor with the chives, pepper,along with the crabmeat is EXCEPTIONAL !! It made for a great appetizer for us, and plan on making again. Made for Gimme 5.

These are fantastic!!!! I couldn't get them to form into sticks so I also went with cakes. I will make these again...soon :)

This was so yummy! I made it into our supper, not just an appetizer. I tried making them into sticks, but the crab mixture was super wet and it was just oozing apart. So after trying a few sticks I made the rest into patties. I think my eggs were pretty big so I had too much egg white in the mix. They still turned out excellent though. My hubby mixed up some mayo with Cholula (hot sauce) and a little chili powder, which made a great dipping sauce for them. This is definitely something I'll make again. Thanks so much for posting!

Excellent crab cakes. Sorry! but I could not make them into sticks :( This was easy to prepare and taste great!!! I serve with a hot seafood dipping sauce and also an excellent mayo sauce called Oh so Easy Mustard-Mayonnaise Sauce. Both worked well together. Thanks Syd for posting.

These were very good! I actually formed them into about 1 inch diameter balls because they were easier to manage that way. Great healthy appetizer!
