This is an excellent and delicious starter for a midweek dinner party. Because it is so quick to make you can spend more time on the other courses.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 cups cream of asparagus soup
  • 2 cups crabmeat
  • 1 cup evaporated milk or 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a pot and heat gently stirring occasionally.
