This is an excellent and delicious starter for a midweek dinner party. Because it is so quick to make you can spend more time on the other courses.
- 4 cups cream of asparagus soup
- 2 cups crabmeat
- 1 cup evaporated milk or 1 cup cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine ingredients in a pot and heat gently stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
