  2. Spread over the bottom of a plate that has a rim.
  3. Mix chili sauce & horseradish.
  4. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
  5. Top with shrimp & crab.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
  7. Serve with crackers.
