  1. Cook pasta til done but still slightly firm.
  2. rinse in cold water and drain well.
  3. In a bowl combine broccoli and onion, cover and microwave 1 minute.
  4. transer for to a large bowl stir in remaining ingriedients.
  5. stuff into pasta shells and chill until time to serve.
