  • Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  • Chop crab meat into bite size pieces.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve cold.

  1. Used real lump crab, doubled amount of crab, added 1/2 tsp. Of paprika, chives, and paprika to jazz it up. Turned out great!

  3. I used chopped,cooked shrimp instead of crab, every one loved it
     
  4. I used 24 oz crab meat because 8 to 8 of cream cheese felt wrong, it was okay.. Needed to be seasoned, added 2 tbsp dill, a pinch of old bay, salt and pepper
     
  5. Looks good but, for my keto diet, I'd want full-fat cream cheese and, for several other reasons, it's real crabmeat or nothing for me. "Imitation" is highly processed in various ways. Should work fine with actual lump crabmeat. 30 lbs down in a few months, 50 to go!

Tweaks

  1. The 24 net carbs per serving is about a day's carbs for many on keto diet. It must come from that processed and flavored Pollock! :/
     
  2. Keto peeps will want full-fat dairy and real crabmeat.
