Great for summer when it's hot and you don't want to heat up your house cooking! From Cooking Light, but I changed it up a little.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 14 cup chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons onions
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 12 teaspoons chopped dill
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb imitation crabmeat, cut into pieces (could use real crab or lobster or shrimp)
  • 8 buns
  • butter lettuce
  • melted butter

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients, add crab, mix well.
  2. Brush butter on both sides of toasted buns.
  3. Line buns with lettuce, serve, enjoy!
