    Ingredients:

    Serves: 4-6

    Yield:

    Sanwiches

    Units: US | Metric

    • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup chopped celery
    • 3 tablespoons onions
    • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped dill
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 lb imitation crabmeat, cut into pieces (could use real crab or lobster or shrimp)
    • 8 buns
    • butter lettuce
    • melted butter

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Combine first 7 ingredients, add crab, mix well.
    2. 2
      Brush butter on both sides of toasted buns.
    3. 3
      Line buns with lettuce, serve, enjoy!
